The number of treatments depends entirely on your individual needs and will vary according to many factors; for example whether the problem is acute, chronic, or acute with an underlying chronic cause, your general health, diet, lifestyle, environment etc. (A minimum of three treatments is advised to achieve results).
After the treatment
You may feel tired or sometimes emotional after treatment, particularly the first one, this is quite natural.
It is important to drink plenty of water after a treatment to help flush out the toxins that the treatment will have released. Having a rest if you feel the need will also help.
